Project Details: This 1920's bungalow located in the popular VA Highlands/Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta had never been renovated. We worked with the owners to transform it into a contemporary gem. The goal was to maintain the aesthetic and architectural elements consistent with the neighborhood and construction period. Highlights of the renovation include:
-the addition of a new half bathroom -New efficient chef's kitchen w/ custom inset cabinetry, walk-in cabinet pantry, free standing island, marble and silestone tops, and professional appliances -New bulter's pantry/bar -New his/hers offices -Extensive new trim details -Whole house in-wall surround sound system -Restoration of original floors, doors, and hardware
